As we begin to work on the illustrations for our published books we will be needing several boxes of colored pencils and several sharpies. We will be needing both black and colored sharpies (or other permanent markers with small tips). I cannot wait for you to see the finished product! This is one of my favorite projects that we do in first grade!
I will be at a meeting at Willard Middle School on Wednesday afternoon. Mrs. Whisler will be with our class with the students!
Ask your child about… Walruses, polar bears, blubber, our blubber glove experiment, using conjunctions in writing, Tiger Pride, and playing math games about 10!
